Welcome to Quality Discount Fabrics, LLC Terms and Conditions Policy.

When you purchase fabric from Quality Discount Fabrics, LLC, henceforth abbreviated as QDF, LLC, once you complete a purchase transaction, you, the buyer or affiliates can not withdraw, cancel the service, or make changes to the transaction. Once a transaction is completed, you the buyer agree that all sales are final and there are to be no returns, exchanges, nor refunds given back to you, the buyer or any of your affiliates.

Each fabric color may or may not differ from the photo images displayed on our website due to the different lighting used during the taking of the photos. Before you purchase any fabric, we strongly suggest that you order a swatch sample of that fabric to insure the accuracy of your expectations of the fabric that you choose before your final transaction.

QDF, LLC is not a textile manufacturer. Therefore, we are not responsible or held accountable for the quality of each fabric purchased from us. We do not guarantee the quality or specifications of each fabric. We only list the specs of each fabric that the merchant given by our suppliers.

If we, QDF, LLC make an error with your order such as shipping the wrong fabric, etc. we, will correct our mistake with no cost to you, the buyer. If you, the buyer have any problems or concerns with a product you purchased from us, please contact us directly to resolve the issue.

QDF, LLC has the right to cancel any service or financial transaction. QDF is not to be held responsible or liable for informational errors listed on our website such as fabric quantity, color of fabric listing, color of fabric in photo displays, specifications of fabric, etc. QDF, LLC is not responsible and not to be held accountable for glitches, computer errors, abnormalities, or website downtime.

QDF, LLC has the right to disable user accounts at any time. We do not condone unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, outside promotions, spam, etc. Behaviors as such are forbidden while using our website.

Local pick up is accepted, providing that the buyer schedule a day and time for pick up agreed upon and approved with QDF, LLC.

QDF, LLC provide local deliveries of our products within the Guilford County, NC city limits, free of charge for orders over $65.00. Any deliveries under $65.00 will be subject to a delivery fee starting at $35.00 one way.

QDF, LLC has the right to make changes to our terms and conditions and our website, including pricing of any fabric or product at anytime without notification to any user or customer.

Return and Refund Policy

Quality Discount Fabrics, LLC DO NOT issue refunds on any fabric or product purchased from us locally or ordered through our website. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not give refunds. We do not allow exchanges or returns. Before you purchase any fabric, we strongly suggest that you order a swatch sample of that fabric to insure the accuracy of your expectations of the fabric that you choose before your final transaction.

We inspect and take photos for our records of each product before we ship the item to you. However, if you, the buyer, have any problems, issues, or concerns, with a product or products you purchased from Quality Discount Fabrics, LLC (damaged or wrong product, etc) please contact us directly within 7 days of your purchase to dissolve the issue. The product must not be used, cut, or maliciously damaged, etc. It is solely up to our discretion to accept a damaged return.

Quality Discount Fabrics, LLC do not pay for return shipping. The purchaser must pay for return shipping unless we shipped you the wrong product. Please contact us at the below email Address. State your issue, contact details, Purchase order number, and provide a photo(s) of the issue within your email. We will contact you at our earliest convenience to rectify the issue or concern.
